Dow Corning announces Proventuss AD as Solar Solutions distributor in Eastern Europe

Dow Corning Corp., a global leader in silicones, silicon-based technology and innovation, has named Proventuss AD as distributor of its wide range of solutions for solar photovoltaic module manufacturers in Bulgaria, Poland and Romania.

Proventuss has a strong local presence, long-term relationships with its customer base, market knowledge and cost-effective logistics in combination with top quality products, which are all key elements in the strategy to help develop solar energy production in this geography, Allison Ashbrook, global distribution manager, Dow Corning Solar Business.

Working closely with Dow Corning, our experienced team will help our customers bring down the cost of solar panels and PV modules manufacturing, Szymon Nadzieja, general manager, Proventuss AD.
Dow Corning expansion of its global distribution network follows several recent investment announcements, including a $13 million Solar Energy Exploration & Development Center (SEED) in Seneffe, Belgium. The state-of-the-art facility will be a home for solar research and development, product innovation and customer collaboration.
