Due to the easily transferable nature of the value of information products, GII maintains a "no return" policy. We encourage you to exhaust every opportunity to ensure a report meets your needs before placing an order. A table of contents and summary are available for all of our products, and samples of many reports can be viewed for free. Please also remember that GII has staff available 24 hours a day to answer your questions.
Although GII endeavors to provide accurate and timely information of publications available through its client publishers, as a provider of third party content GII assumes no responsibility for either the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information of the qualtiative or quantitative data provided therein. Furthermore, while GII strives to ensure the high level of quality expected by its' customers through its process of publisher screening, GII makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the services and information rendered by said third parties and disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied.

GII will not sell nor rent your data with any outside organizations. We reserve the right to occasionally send you a free mailing list subscription offer and or a free sample download solicitation in the future. If you ever wish to stop receiving these requests, just reply to the email and put "remove" in the subject field.
The GII site employs a session-temporary cookie to remember your username and detect whether you have inputed your valid password to allow access to premium content areas of the site (digital downloads, events calendar area, and your account information).
